Not exactly.  It's been renamed the Hamilton Grand (http://www.hamiltongrand.co.uk/hamilton-grand/index.html) and is "a collection of private residences" owned by Herb Kohler and affiliated with the Kohler-owned Old Course Hotel.  There is, however, a restaurant and pub that's open to the public.  It's located at street level at the corner of the building closest to the R&A clubhouse.

Yeah, knew about the Grand.  Great to hear about the pub. Its a spectacular building and location.  Thanks!
