I've got to think this is really good news. An operating resort/hotel company takes the properties over from a pure financial operator. Especially at the Homestead, hopefully they'll put some investment back into the course(s) which is badly needed.....
I'm not familiar with the operations of the western properties, and I haven't heard that there are any significant problems at Grove Park Inn, but I think the re-entry of an operator is a large positive.
