If it helps the club make it through the next few years then go for it. DR guys need not comment due to clear historical and present bias.

All this talk of leads makes me think of Glengarry Glen Ross.  Wonder if Mr. Patel got an email offer.

I was thinking the same thing.

"Glengarry Glen Ross" is my favorite play ever. The "Blake" character was actually written specifically for the movie adaptation (which David Mamet also wrote).  My favorite bit is Richard Roma's (Pacino character) speech near the end. Profane, but awesome.

Seems like a reasonable move.  A destination club is very different than a local club.  If they can't get folks to visit and see now great it is or isn't now can a club in the middle of nowhere get members?

I will take them up on it if I find myself heading towards Denver but likely won't make a trip just for to play it.

Yeah, that bias thing makes for some interesting comments.

I joined earlier this year.  Hopefully, some of you take up this offer and a small percentage of those join.  There was a lot of discussion back in the day about the Carthage Club.  BN is about as close as we can get to what was embodied in the write up that Ran did on the Carthage Club that is available today.
