Fantasy Golf 2011-WINNERS

The 2011 season has reached its final week. Jeff Shelman of the No Doubles squad has a comfortable, season-long lead of 100+ points on the oil-leaking, flat-tire car of Harries Fairies, driven by ... this guy! The drama here is whether I can hold off Jason Topp's Mocat team for 2nd in the year-long race.

In the Summer segment, there is an actual race. No Doubles has an 18-point lead on Mocat, with Matt I-Forget-His-Name's Now On The Tee squad 33 points out. It's worth a look and consideration for next year.

Ronald,

It has been a fun year of fantasy golf. I'm hoping to pull off the big sweep this weekend (though I didn't have a great day today since I left Donald on the bench).

I have had the same team in another league as well. After the first round, I'm six points back of first in the year long race. Hoping to pull it off.

Thought my competition for 2nd in year-long was reserved for one team, but Bury Me In Dornoch is making a huge push...meanwhile, my dingy continues to take on water...the equivalent of having the shanks for 8 straight weeks!!

Mocat was Morris Hatalsky's nickname - at least it was 25 years ago.  For whatever reason I always followed his scores as a kid.
