River Ranch Club / Teton Rim Club, Tetonia, ID - anyone have any info?

I was looking up golf courses near Jackson Hole, WY and stumbled across a Greg Norman design called the Teton Rim Club.  Website says construction of the golf course began in 2008 to be completed spring 2010.  I can't find anything that says the course is open, but I can't find anything that says the course discontinued construction.

Does anyone know anything?

The course was at a development called River Rim.  The routing was completed by GN but the course was never constructed.  I think the property (beautiful) was returned to the lender and, as far as I know, nothing has happened since.  Don't forget to visit Teton Pines.  Call Kevin Getz and tell him I sent you.
