I Have an Uncle with a house on the beach within 5 miles. You can hear the sea form the bedrooms.  If you wake up with a clear head its heaven. If you wake up with a sore head its hell.

No, I haven't played Kirkistown.  Duane asked which six would one play and as I haven't seen Ktown I would place it highly on my list for courses in that area.  I know ProJeff on LOng Island liked the course and he usually enjoys the same sort of courses I do.
