This can't be true, can it???

"For the sake of our environment and to keep Nullarbor Links in top condition: Please don't drive vehicles on the fairways. Also please tee your golf ball up on the fairways."

Your cart will run out of power before the next Hole, while we will still be walking. Now I know why they are fitting GPS to the carts. Just too much to think that riders could find their own way home unaided.

I heard about this course a couple of years ago on Golf Central when it was just finished being built. I am pretty sure about 11 of the 18 holes are turf because those holes are in areas where it is too dry to grow grass. IMO, it is the wackiest course ever built.

I've decided that golf courses that can't be walked are like poems that don't rhyme. Robbie Burns was great, but so was Allen Ginsberg.
