The only problem with this concept is why would you want to join here???

The old RTJ course is not bad but the norman course is terrible.

A simple No Thankyou is quite appropriate.

Agree with all of that.  Plus can't you just stay at the resort and play?  What would a national membership get you?

This is exactly right, I've stayed there on two different occasions. Plus on top of that, the private course and the public course switch on a daily basis.  So you could get access to either course depending on which day you show up.

Seems very odd to me as well.

there are a lot of people who spend a few days a week in DC but live elsewhere and the concept would appeal.But this just doesn't look that good to me.I don't keep any clubs up there anyway but for the right deal I would.
