Hold off on further commitments on this thread. I'll post a new thread with final information about Buda IX in a few days - details are still being finalized.

Mark P: I was all set to roll out the same gag and I see you beat me to it!

I really hope it doesn't become two rounds of foursomes at Hankley for those who've not played it before.

They do run a two-tee start quite often. Perhaps by going off 1 and 10 (or sometimes they do 1 and 5) you might all get in quickly enough to make one round fourball (or even both rounds).

Scott - I will be asking the right questions to the right people around the pm start. As you know HK is a pretty private members club and the multi tee starting ensures the members can always get off rather than large groups of visitors.

Before anyone states the US economy is keeping British courses alive I've never heard an American visitors accent in numerous visits!

Swamp: I imagined you might contact some friendly ears. It would be great for the Buda contingent to get a proper taste of such a great course.

Good choice of Liphook and Hankley.

Hindhead is also close by. Scenery is terrific.

Heathrow is the easiest airport for access, with Southampton also an option.

Adding new bunkers to Liphook this winter, tightening up some of the driving lines.
