If you're on their mailing list, they've been good about sending out updates. They've been looking for volunteers to assist with the final raking and shoveling. This was their last update:
Dear Gleneagles GC Golfer,
The major portion of the renovation is now complete! Leading up to Opening Day on Oct. 2nd, we will be nursing these greens and the surrounds with hand watering, up to three times per day to ensure a proper grow in. Wet your appetite by taking a gander at the gorgeous photos of our brand new greens below.
Call for Volunteers:
This Saturday, 12 p.m.
Weekdays from 3 - 6 p.m.
We still need volunteers to help get us ready for Opening Day! All volunteers who work at least four hours will be invited for a pre-opening round and ceremony. If you can operate a rake or a shovel, sign up at the clubhouse and we'll tell you how you can help.
Scotch and Walk, Sept. 17
Friday, September 17th, 5 p.m.
Meet the project leaders, enjoy our fine spirits, and take a walking tour of Old Number One and selected greens.
Opening Weekend Tee Time Reservations:

We will be accepting Opening Weekend tee time reservations two weeks in advance, starting at 7:30am on Saturday, Sept. 18. Tee time reservations can be made for anytime on Oct. 2nd or 3rd. We will only accept reservations for 18 hole foursomes, threesomes and twosomes. Due to expected demand on this special weekend, we cannot guarantee a tee time for walk-ups.
