Rupert Murdoch strikes out against Google. Any thoughts from the writers and readers of the golf industry?

someone told me a few months ago Mike that all newspapers will be charging for Internet related items in the future...but they were all too scared to be the first one to do it

Mike,

There are very few people ready to battle with Google and their juggernaught of scanning and publishing content to their financial benefit, but Murdoch might be the one SOB who says enough.

WSJ has been charging from the get go -- there is some free content, but you have to pay to get it all.

Murdoch goes down, that is my prediction. He does Pay TV here in Germany and is failing big-time.
