I have seen this around for some time now. That end of St Kitts was completely undeveloped when I was last there a number of years ago and it is a spectacular peninsula overlooking Nevis. From what I remember it was pretty mountainous area but maybe there are some flat areas for golf. I am guessing that permitting was very expensive and time consuming so I would guess that it will happen, but maybe delayed.
There is a great Beach Bar/Restaurant down there today called Turtle Beach and it has to be on some Top 10 List for something.
