Does anyone have a list or know what clubs in the South New Jersey or Philadelphia area still use caddies or forecaddies?

In SNJ, I think Riverton, Tavistock and Woodcrest still have caddy programs.  In, PA, Merion, Aronimink, Stonewall (old) and Applebrook are walking only and most of the older clubs like Huntingdon Valley, Cricket Club, Philadelphia CC and Philmont still maintain caddie programs.

I have a friend who's a member at Lookaway, and I think they have caddies on a regular basis.
