Another course bites the dust.....

Supposedly this was the number 1 course in the state.........not a good sign. I never got to play it, but from what I was told it was a very good track.

It looks like a pretty out of the way location, and endless parade of homes routing to me form the aerial.  Even given it is hot and steamy down there, it seems to me that a person has to spend more times driving a cart through a housing development than play a golf course.  Is this a collection of isolated holes, without the golf course feel? 
No actual golf rounds were ruined or delayed, nor golf rules broken, in the taking of any photographs that may be displayed by the above forum user.

...'twas covered in an earlier thread.

I think we'll see a whole bunch of this in the coming months. I'd be tempted to look at an ownership position again if golf didn't suck so bad as a business!

We probably think there are 3 times as many closings as there are, because each closing if like this one gets at least 3 threads! Not to mention the closings mentioned in threads that aren't reallly closings at all.
