Saw these pics on FlickR this week .

Was surprised that there was only one thread on the course which was back in 2002 .

The course was a complete rebuild.

The old Herbert Strong course was very highly regarded when it was built.
I have the original promotional booklet in my files.

The first pic is from the tee of the par 5 first. I eagled that hole when I played! great view.
This course has without a doubt the most scenic and epic driving range in the world. Essentially, you practice hitting balls down a cliff!

As for the course. Like someone above me said, "great views, average golf".
the interviewer asked beck how he felt "being the bob dylan of the 90's" and beck quitely responded "i actually feel more like the bon jovi of the 60's"
