Pine Lakes restoration is underway
« on: June 30, 2008, 03:38:58 PM »
That is the title of the article that begins as follows:

The multi-million dollar project to restore Pine Lakes Country Club to architect Robert White’s original 1927 specifications is on schedule for its March 2009 unveiling.

I, for one, will be anxious to play it again.

I dunno about Paspalum north of here, but on the Gulf Coast of Florida it's awful disease prone.

I was very suprized to them pull the trigger on Paspalum.....very suprized. Im sure that they liked the "wow" factor of the color and not having to overseed. It went dormant at May River outside of Hilton Head, so Id be interested to see what it looks like 3 hours North in the winter.....
