Speaking of that.  Have you seen the persimmon driver on the Sharpie commercial using David Beckham?  I love how they top the shot and you can see some carpet scuff up.  I wish I knew the decisions that went into using that old but perfectly conditioned driver.

Perry Como "hosted" an LPGA event in the Philadelphia area for many years in the 1960s or 1970s at the old Hidden Springs GC in Horsham Township, now the site of Commonwealth National GC.
