I was there in April 1984 and 1985 so this will be outdated obviously.
The weather was ordinary and the courses were in poor condition.
Tamsui is an old club where a lot of the old Taiwanese pros congregated and the course was decent - maybe Tom Doak would give it a 4.
Linkou - was not as good but my memory is hazy at best.
Their best players were always talking about a course in the south if the island - better weather and better conditions but I am not sure of the name.
