The scoop of the year goes to Dr. Bradley Klein.

Golf Mag's and T&L lists can be accessed here.

We had it on the cover in late June.

Am I the only one wondering where the hell Long Shadow is on these lists?

Golf Mag's (always the best) is very interesting.  Lots of movement and some oldies but goodies entering the list after many years in the wilderness.

If all ten of those best new courses are better, I need to go play them.  Maybe Mike Young just needs a better PR firm.  ???

My regret is that I didn't get out to play Long Shadow before about two months ago, and by that time the T+L list had already been put to bed. I would have put in a good word for it. I think traveling players need to know about this option when they're in Atlanta/Georgia.

Golfweeks new ranking for top casino golf courses is out and I am sure everyone can't wait to see it.

I was happy to see Butterfield Trail in El Paso and Cougar Canyon in Trinidad, CO get some recognition. Both of those are within reach for me!

When did Long Shadow officially open? I'm guessing it may have missed the cutoff date for Golf Digest and may be a candidate next year.

I know this has been mentioned in other threads, but I'm curious where these "Best of " categories will end...

Will it come down to:

"Best courses with at least 10 water hazards"
"Best courses designed under $3 million dollars"
"Best courses that don't use pesticides"
"Best courses for 'Stripper' category as suggested by famed golfer Tom Hucakaby who won the open division at Santa Theresa"   ;D  ;D
