in golf course architecture.  From what I understand the PGA is giving away memberships to wounded warriors.  It is a great idea but how can the tour balance challenging the best golfers in the world with providing handicapped access to bunkers and other hazards.  Does the design of TPC Sawgrass seem ADA complient?

JK,
I'd ask you how long has ADA been law and have any golf courses been forced to fill in bunkers or make them wheel chair accessible in that time?
I haven't heard of any, and you'd think that if this were an issue we'd have heard about some high-profile course or other that was involved.

If the TPC hogs up all the glory for giving away a membership to a guy who can't play the course because of ADA issues I see a publicity backlash.   I wouldn't be all that surprised if the TPC courses are very handicapped accessable given the spectator issues they deal with.

As someone who likely (I'm laying 9 to 1) has MS I fully support the ADA and any work they may choose to do to make golf easier for the handicapped.
