Seaside Golf Courses - Modern Timeline

On the renaissance thread I included Wild Dunes as it marked the return of seaside golf course architecture circa 1980.  What U. S. seaside courses immediately preceded and followed Wild Dunes?  Had it not been a while?

I was thinking of Kiva Dunes in Alabama, which I think broke ground in 1985.   Also, Palmetto Dunes in Hilton Head, though I think of the 3 courses, only 1 hole (#10 on RTJ) goes out to the shore, would also qualify.

The original 3 courses at Dafuskie Island come to mind, but, I believe all 3 were built just after Wild Dunes.  Not sure what they call them now, but the Nicklaus course finished along the shore.

Also, to clarify, Wild Dunes preceded Kiawah.

The only other seaside course built in the US near that time I can think of would be Harbour Town.

Can't really call Kiva Dunes "seaside," it's quite a ways inland although on somewhat sandy soil.

Harbour Town, mentioned above, was built in the late 60's.

How could I forget?  The back nine at Pacific Grove was built in 1960.

I do not consider Sea Island, Harbourtown, or anything on Daufuskie seaside, since they are not on the ocean.

Ameilia Island has a few holes on the ocean, Ocean Forest has 1.

How about the Ocean Course in Sea Pines at HHI....I think it was a late 60's Cobb design with a par three on the back that plays straight out into the dunes perpindicular to the waves.

Was the Seaside course at Sea Island not originally built by Travis (first nine) and then Colt & Allison in the 20s?  That would disqualify it as modern, unless you mean the other courses at Sea Island.

#15 on the Ocean course at Sea Pines backs to the ocean.
 Palmetto Dunes-Oceanfront course-has the 10th green and 11 tee with an Ocean Backdrop.
  #18 at Ocean Forest runs along the ocean

Bogey's question piqued my interest, so I did a little checking and came up with this very east-coast-centric (I haven't come close to having the time to check on the left coast) list of oceanfront courses (I defined oceanfront as lying directly against the eastern seaboard, not against a bay, sound or intracoastal waterway).

BTW, this list isn't comprehensive, nor can I support any of the dates other than by stating that I found them on the internet (and we know how much to trust in that)
