Never forget that if De Grasse, Rochambeau ad Lafayette would not have been at Yorktown, most of you would still speak English today  ;) Personally I find the Peugeot guide quite handy to gather a rough overview of the worthy courses in a given country. It is also very valuable to get to the courses which more often than not are located in an old farm backyard. As for the 0 - 20 scale, this site shows that right after the whereabouts of Miss Wie this is an oft discussed and controversial topic.
