I just looked at this thread, having been gone and busy all weekend. We don't have the Fine Living Channel anyway, so this would have made me antsie missing it. But, then I already met some of those movers and shakers that helped develop the Wild Horse dream.
Did they show my beautiful estate acreage next to the canal and maintenance facility?
If they'd change the zoning and building covenants from single family to duplex, I'd build one - rent half out, and keep the other half for GCA.com golf fanatics that need to escape their ball and chains for a while and clear their minds by playing from morning til night for a week.
