A caddy at St Andrews has been de-bibbed when he used his local tee times on the Old Cource twice be used by a multi-millionaire.

And if the caddie in question is found guilty, then his dismissal is warranted.

It is very discouraging for those of us who have to book far in advance, or enter daiiy ballots or wait at the Starter's shack at 5am, and otherwise observe the rules, to see a couple of millionaires abuse the system.

I hope it is not much surprise but that IS the system there and has been for a while for the locals that know how to do it.

They (millionaires) also don't play it as it lies. Discouraging indeed.
