Newsflash: Rees designed the fourth at The Country Club!

For what it's worth (to address a few points which have come up here recently), I LOVE the second hole at TCC as a par 4. What a neat drive-and-pitch hole that is. Also, I think one reason the fourth has always bugged me is that the green (one of the Rees-remodeled ones) never quite seemed to be up to the standard of the other 17 on the course. I know it was one of the three (along with 1 and 17, if memory serves) that was remodeled for the '88 Open, but it never (in my experience at TCC between 1992-97) seemed to bed down quite as well as the others, probably because of the lack of ventilation down at that corner of the course in and among the trees. Bill (or others), how is the 4th green doing these days? Better?

Cheers,
Darren
