Golf Digest has posted flyovers of every hole of the Rio course with narration from Gil: http://www.golfdigest.com/story/the-olympic-course-experience
I find the course to be quite interesting. The team showed real restraint with greenside bunkers. Many greens remind me of Augusta and Royal Melbourne. The course looks to be quite "scoreable" with wind being a real difference maker. The stretch of par fours to open the back nine looks extremely challenging (11- 488, 12- 514, 13- 479). I am guessing players will grumble about the 12th hole and potential for a lost ball ~10 yards off the green. Looks like it will take real strategic thinking to win and it's a shame that we won't see many of the best players out there.

I agree - can't wait to see it on TV.

I watched them all yesterday...finally a good tour!
I like the Cashew-tree hole, the punchbowl par three, and I thought it was neat how the course is generally open, then tightens up in the enviro areas. It was easy to see how the course is challenging around the greens especially, but wide open for future public play.
Excited to watch the event!
