What's your over/under on new courses being built in the next 6 years, in the Sand Hill region, not including Dismal Doak and Awarii. I'm going with 5. I've heard the current membership at The Prairie Club is 300, according to the attached article, 500 is needed to start the Old School Course. Also, I thought I read that a new course is slated near Bayside.

Even if you count my course, I'd bet my whole design fee on the under.

Under.  I'll bets Tom's design fee (for Tom) that there won't more than one, if that.

There aren't enough people to work at them, outside of Ogalalla.

Unbelievable storm out here tonight. Could be the biggest in a long time.  Wind.  Hail.  Rain.  Looks like we all get a taste.
