I don't often write about golf design in my weekly column, but this week I discuss the changes at Highlands Links, including a video interview with Ian Andrew, who has been leading the charge on the work.

I know the course is near and dear to many on this board.
If anyone has any questions, ask, I'll try to answer them when I get a chance.
