Can anyone identify the golf hole in this motivational poster?

Evan,

I believe that the hole in question is the par 4 5th on the Woodbridge nine at Sunbrook GC in St. George, Utah.  The image in the poster has been mirrored and was taken before the hole was surrounded by houses.
