I’ve been watching to see how the club will do in attracting members at a pretty steep initiation fee, given the factors to be overcome. No clubhouse or amenities of any kind. The course as initially designed was stupid difficult. Many good private club alternatives in the area. Last time people who joined lost a hefty initiation fee after only 2 years. The HOA that owns it searched for years for a management company willing to take it on.
