The only features which let it down are the pointless and unattractive bunkers. Ciao

I do think that the left side bunker adds something. Getting up onto the top tier from there requires a more demanding shot than were it rough, and makes you decide between that high risk shot and playing to the lower level, away from the pin, leaving a tough 2 putt.
How about #5 at Royal Melbourne West? It is 142 yds from short tees (Red) and 176 from "Blue" tees (actually listed at 175 in GCA's course description/review).
I have made two putt birdies several times on the 5th at Streamsong Blue. I would suggest that counts.
