Best of luck... every major city in American has a poor section and to be factual, rural America is much better - rural U.S. has a higher poverty rate than urban U.S. (source:
here). Some of the poorest sections of American cities are more humane and interesting than the wealthier sections.
Gee...let's find a city in the USA that doesn't have poor sections and some folks doing anything to eek out a meager living. Perhaps a rural nook?
