Played it quite a few times when it was Belleview. It was a nice track and closest course to Sandkey where my parents rented a few months a year. Not sure how much Donald Ross was left when I played it.
There were some shenanigans when it was purchased from the town or county. Mind boggling to me how they got away with it. There was an article in the Tampa paper.
