Tripp Davis did a restoration a few years ago. They expanded the greens to their original sizes and reestablished some of the original fairway widths. The other major change was elimination of many trees and you can now see across the entire site. The property is fairly flat and doesn't offer a landscape of Old Town or Prairie Dunes, so trying to compare it to those courses is pointless in most regards. I walked the grounds with the super last year in a visit and was impressed with the work that brought back some of the undulations in the greens due to taking them back out to the original size. OKCGCC was still part of Maxwell's early period and at the beginning of his partnership with Mackenzie, so it bears a much stronger resemblance to his early work at Dornick and Twin Hills than what you see at places like Southern Hills, Prairie Dunes, or Old Town.
