Great history lesson.  Too bad Chicago couldn't get the Jackson Park project going.  Would be hard to imagine this project getting any bigger than what is planned.  Kudos.

I’m glad they went back to the beginning and the dedicated work you and Mike did. While it has ballooned it started humbly.

Mike and I catalyzed this project, with the help of many others, including this discussion group! As we dug deeper and deeper, the more fascinating the story became. We were incredibly naive, which was probably good thing.
