He should just be laughing all the way to the bank - but probably not, especially if his brother is involved.
I only saw the course before Rees’ work and it was very difficult even then. Three or four of the holes felt like you were climbing Everest on your approach shot . . . trying to make any part of those greens visible would have resulted in some very severe green contours. I don’t know how anyone would fix that.
The difficulty of the course seemed unsuited to such a high end resort, but who am I to question Mr Jones?
