The "Faxon 5", in retrospect, was doomed to fail. Management/ownership by Committee approach usually ends terribly. I hope they all burned a large chunk of their ill-gotten-gains on legal fees. To my surprise, "Bad" Faxon had significant skin-in-the-game...I thought he was a small player, earning his cut by being the wolf in sheep's clothing.
