I stumbled upon this 9 hole course recently which is owned by the Town of Amherst, Massachusetts. Originally built in the early 1960’s by Dave Maxon who was a local farmer and owned the land it had to be quite a construction project as it’s routed up, down, around and through a wooded area. It’s noteworthy from a “quirk” standpoint as 3,8 and 9 which are all the par threes are Dell holes. The scorecard ends 3,3 and I wonder if anyone has another finish with back to back par three holes? Finally has anyone played it?
