William Carlson and a Beautiful Story from Northwood

Here's a nice story in Golf Magazine about a 17 year old William Carlson and a restoration of a bunker on the 6th hole at Northwood.

Great stuff!!!! Thanks Padraig!

We had the family on vacation a few years ago camping just a few miles from Northwood and I still regret not going round at least once!

Cheers

A friend played Northwood a few weeks ago and while the bunker was still under construction, he said it was perfectly placed.  Looking forward to seeing it this year.

What a fun story! I've already mapped the hole in question: https://golfcourse.wiki/course/northwood_golf_club-monte_rio/holes/6

I'll definitely update the vector as soon as the aerials of the region are updated.
