Given they have a copy of their approval letter on their website at https://flightpathgolf.com/pages/certification-page they should be.  If for some reason the USAG and R&A changed their option on it they would be getting in trouble for still having that letter up.


Given the ball would hide the directional pointer from the player I can’t see any violation or how useful that would be.
