Old Sawmill --Tyler Rae

Tyler posted yesterday on X he's going to be designing/building a new course 30 miles NW of Charleston SC on 477 acres of 'rolling, open farmland'. 18 hole main course and a 9 hole par 3 planned.


He seems to be a busy guy -- I was very impressed when we met him at the mashie at Cedar Rapids a couple years ago.

What is the actual status of this project?


Read somewhere that it was due to open this fall. Is that correct?

His post says opening late Fall of 2024 (as does the website), it must be well on its way to hit that timeline I'd think.
