Headed to Seaside Saturday and likely to revisit Love's Design's interesting Origins Course.  Multiple tee / green combinations.  Hopefully someone can fix the following link to an aerial image.  First tee and ninth green - traditional routing - are in the lower right hand corner.

Very good architectural bang for the buck at $25 for nine holes and perhaps $15 replay rate.

Has anyone played this? Sounds interesting. Going to be down there in October and our hotel has access. Worth driving over to take a look or should I stay at the beach?

PC2, it’s the course flexibility that is interesting.  Course is fun and an easy walk but otherwise bread and butter.  $50 now I think.  Love Design has been retained to build a new 18.

Bill Bergen has redesigned Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club and access is available with a call from your pro.  Worthwhile and my favorite in the area.  I’m down there 4 or 5 times yearly and don’t take clubs as the golf is generally pedestrian.

If you’re near Grayton Beach, try Chanticleer Eatery for dinner.

The White River runs dark through the heart of the Town,
Washed the people coal-black from the hole in the ground.
