The scorecard doesn’t answer your questions, Wayne, so for “fun” I asked the Strutt and Parker (real? artificial?) “support agent” which materialized for a chat. No answers were provided. More patience or posing as a fellow Baron might have yielded results.

This property was featured in one of the Sunday supplements recently and if memory serves the course is relatively recent and fairly basic in terms of upkeep.
