Wrangaton GC, Devon. Closed/re-opening New

Wrangaton GC in Devon, England closed a year or so ago.
There were plans to bring it back to life but these have apparently fallen through.

It comprised a yee olde rustic 9-hole course on the edge of Dartmoor with square greens and streams and wet areas grazed by sheep and cattle. The kind of place many GCA fans seem to really enjoy. It also comprised a newer 9-hole parkland course.



A few years ago golf on Cleeve Hill was saved by enthusiasts and entrepreneurs and now seems to be doing well.

Could Wrangaton be the next Cleeve?
