Philadelphia CC & Merion GC to co-host US Am August 10-16,2026

The USGA announced on Thursday that Philadelphia Country Club, in Gladwyne, Pa., will serve as the stroke-play co-host course for the 2026 U.S. Amateur Championship. As previously announced, Merion Golf Club, in Ardmore, Pa., will host both stroke play and all match-play rounds when the 126th edition of the championship is played Aug. 10-16, 2026.

With Aronimink hosting the PGA that Spring, it will be a big year for Philadelphia. (Not to mention Philly will also host World Cup games in 2026.)
