Addison Reserve CC in Delray Beach, FL - 20M Renovation

A $20 million renovation project is in progress at the 27-hole Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, Florida.Golf course architect Rees Jones and his design associate Steve Weisser are overseeing work on the three nines, which were originally designed by Arthur Hills in 1996. New practice facilities featuring training and fitting bays will also be constructed, along with a lit driving range.

“The bulkheading and littorals we are installing are going to be great complements to the Platinum Paspalum,” said Josh Fleisher, the club’s director of golf course maintenance. “It is such an honour to be able to work alongside Rees Jones and witness his passion and creativity for golf and Addison Reserve. The changes that we are making are really going to change the way you have played holes for many years.”

Wow that is alot of coin, no clubhouse mentioned so like to know how much is dedicated to main objectives of project. Material, irrigation, sandcapping, subair greens?
