They seem right to me for US courses. I played with Richard Latham a few years ago at Woodhall Spa. He said that he could maintain both courses for $1,000.000.

These numbers are near useless without a regional breakdown. Hard to make meaningful averages with a large subset of the data being in a 12 month operating cycle vs. a less than 6-8 month operating cycle.

The labor percentage seems accurate but that number will vary widely due to cost of living variances.
