Manufacturers Greens

Just finished a great fall day of golf at Manufacturers  Golf outside of Philly . Didn’t hit one bad shot but the greens were insanely fast and so hard to read . Has anyone else played this and experienced the same thing ? I did love the course !

I played there a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Some of the green complexes are simply fun, as is the ride up the hill on 18. The greens were quick but nothing out of the norm.

I find their greens to be generally less sloped than other Philly Flynns but it’s fall now and everywhere is getting fun.

Very underrated. I think that Mike is right that the greens at Mannies are a little different to those at RG, Lancaster etc., in that the holes in the middle of the course have more subtle internal contour. Thinking specifically 7, 12, 13, 14. Really a wonderful set of greens.


Disagree with Mike with respect to the greens on the north and west sides. 3 and 4, 9, 18 all have significant slope.

The club championship was being played also yesterday so perhaps greens were meant to be quicker and pin placement more tricky

Greens are fantastic there. The best set of par threes a round. Mr.Flynn at his best with some good work by Jim Nagle.

Eighteen has two greens and an unusual mode of transportation to the upper one.
