Unless there is another contagion ravaging the place, shouldn't be a problem. Good time of year too. St Patricks, obviously, is the star but the other Rosanna courses are great. Donegal (aka Murvagh) is a bit of a drive down to the south of the county, also takes you towards Rosses Point (aka Co. Sligo). Some of the Donegal courses offer walk-up open competitions for visitors.
Alternatively, head over to Northern Ireland (you will only notice when the road signs switch from km/h to miles per hour, and the golf area with Castlerock, Portstewart and Portrush all very close to one another.
