I have only had lunch in Saratoga (town) twice on the way back from Lake Placid. It is a beautiful town that re-shapes my view of "Upstate NY". I have not played Saratoga Golf & PC but I am really impressed by everything in the Adirondacks. It is a short golf season up there, and they are hiking towns, Winter Olympic Towns, Triathlon Towns.... I think that Lake Placid/Saratoga/Lake George is the final frontier of East Coast old school golf.

Maine is old golf news now as the Korn Ferry Tour '22 is now in Maine - https://www.pgatour.com/korn-ferry-tour/tournaments/live-and-work-in-maine-open/leaderboard.html
